Privacy Policy

Photo Card Café is committed to respecting your privacy and will never sell or distribute to outside parties any shared, personal information of any kind. We will not sell, rent or give out any email addresses to third parties. By using this Website or purchasing a product from Photo Card Café, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy.

What do we do with your info?

This Website does not store personal information we collect in order to process transactions for commercial purposes. All contact information (email address, telephone number, address, etc.) from your order is used to send your orders and information about our company to you. We may also need to get in touch with you, so we may use your contact information in that way. Financial information (credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, billing address, etc.) that is collected is used only to bill you for products and services and not stored.

Security

PhotoCardCafe.com uses a secure server (SSL) certified by PayPal to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

Approval Policy for Orders

We are die-hard about pleasing our amazing customers! We want you to come back to us for your every need when it comes to photo cards.

ON ALL CARDS: You will be given the opportunity to edit text and images on your chosen card at any time before your order is placed. Once the order is complete and submitted to Photo Card Café, the order is final. You must look at your proof one last time, and double check, to make sure everything is correct, then check the box to approve the design. There will be no refunds for incorrect spelling, grammar or punctuation. Only if the card is printed, sent to you, and is exceedingly different than the proof that was approved (damaged, wrong pictures, wrong order, etc.) will a complete refund be immediately granted.

If your card contains a typo that is the result of incorrect information entered by you, you may contact us and we will correct your typo and reprint your cards at a 20% discount. Example typos include: incorrect date entered, word misspellings, grammar, punctuation, etc. This does not include a change in photo or color issues with the card or photo (see below text in red). You will submit payment (including shipping charges) for your reprint via a PayPal money request that we will initiate.

All monitors DO NOT have the same color and brightness settings, therefore the colors on your preview and approval screens or emails may vary slightly from your printed card. They will be EXTREMELY close – as close as possible. This is the nature of proofing and approving cards online – convenience overshadows the exactness of colors. We know you will love your cards no matter what!

We will not accept exchanges.

Payment

Payment is by credit card or via your PayPal account only. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Your credit card is charged at the time of checkout. Orders are not taken by phone.

Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States of America via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Second Day, or FedEx Next Day.

Most orders will arrive at your location between 2 and 11 business days (see detailed shipping times…) from when the order was received according to the shipping method selected by the customer. Processing times (the time needed to print and package) vary by paper type. We have included these processing times in our “shipping times” as listed on the shipping page.

If while in transit, your order should experience a delay which is covered by the shipper’s guarantees, upon request, we will be happy to provide a credit to your shipping costs for the difference. We must receive this request within 5 business days after the actual delivery date of record. Please note, that weather related delays are not reimbursable. We cannot provide general order credits or refunds for shipments which are delayed less than 14 days due to circumstances beyond the shipper’s control – i.e., weather, emergency conditions, change of delivery address, etc. We cannot provide refunds or issue credits for potential missing shipments not brought to our attention within 10 business days after the stated delivery date.

All images on this Website are the property and the copyright of Photo Card Café, LLC and may not be reproduced or used in any form, electronic or printed without permission. Reproducing copyrighted material is prohibited by law. We will not print any copyrighted characters or phrases on our cards. By agreeing to this Terms of Sale, you are agreeing to not add copyrighted phrases or characters to your instantly-previewed photo cards in any way, shape or form. The liability is placed on the customer for use of these items, and violators can and will be prosecuted. Additionally, all printed photo cards created by Photo Card Café are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Photo Card Café retains the copyright to all designs created on the Website.

We will not print professional photography in our cards unless we have direct, written permission from the photographer. If there is a logo or mark of any kind on the photo within the card, we will not print the card without permission. By checking the “I agree to Terms of Sale” box on the final approval page, you are acknowledging that you have the rights to reproduce any photos that you may have used on your card.

Photo Card Cafe’ does not assume any responsibility for the printing and purchasing of cards with trademarked images (i.e. Disney, sports teams). Photo Card Cafe’ does not use trademarked images in its card designs. The customer and designer of the “create your own card” assumes all risk involved.

Cards on this site

Sometimes, we come across a really great card design. A few times a year, we select some of these to display on the site and in other materials. Whenever we use customer designs as samples, we change all identifying information such as names, addresses, RSVP information, and any other identifying text. You will be asked for permission prior to Photo Card Café’s use of your card and image in any way.

Email Promotions

Occasionally we send email promotions to our loyal customers. If you wish to remove your email address from our list, simply contact us to let us know. We do not share email addresses with anyone.
