1. First you will either find the card you want to order or choose to order a custom card.

2. Next you will fill out the online form to place your order.

• For predesigned cards you will be given the opportunity to upload the number of photos that are required for that card. Only digital photos are accepted at this time.
  
• For custom cards you will have the option of uploading up to 4 photos. Please upload only the number of photos that you would like to be used.
  
• Photos bigger than 5M will not be allowed to be uploaded. If you submit your order and your photo is too big, you will have the opportunity to resize your photo using our resizing tool.
  
• You will also customize your text in the online form. Please double check your spelling. Photo Card Cafe' is not responsible for misspellings though we will be checking the text and will email you if we believe there is an obvious mistake.
  
• Click continue. Allow time for the photos to upload.
  
• Next you will be able to review your card customizations. Some of our cards have instant preview capabilities.
  
• If you chose a card that has an instant preview, you will see your card instantly and it will print as shown on the web page.
  
• If the card you chose does not have instant preveiw or if you are ordering a custom card you will receive a proof of your card to the email address you submitted at checkout before it is printed.

• If you need to correct the order click the "Go Back and Change" link at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to an Update Order page where you can fix mistakes and even change photos. You do not have to reupload your photos unless you are changing photos. Click "Update Order" to return to the summary page.

4. Once your card customization is complete click "Place Order and Pay" and you will be taken to a page where you can pay by credit card.

5. If a proof was required it will be emailed to you within 1 to 3 days.

6. Your order will then be processed and your cards and envelopes will be shipped to you via 2-3 day Priority Mail. Once a proof is approved most card orders are received in 6-10 days.
