PHOTO CARD CAFÉ LAUNCHES NEW THANK YOU CARD SITE

January 14, 2010 – Edmond, Okla. – Photo Card Café (PCC – www.PhotoCardCafe.com) a leading online photo card company, recently launched its new folded card company – Thank You Card Café (TCC – www.ThankYouCardCafe.com) just in time for the new year.

TCC offers folded cards in two sizes – 5 ¼ X 4 inches, and 5 X 7 inches to accommodate sizing needs for the consumer. Each card can be customized with text and photos (if space is designated for a photo) and previewed instantly before purchase.

“It’s a natural progression for us as a company to offer folded cards to our customers,” said Sara Watterson, president of PCC. “Most of the thank you cards directly match our photo cards on PCC, which makes for an easy choice after you purchase birthday invitations, for example. It felt like a natural move for us as a company to offer this option to consumers.”

“We have a variety of different types of cards, which makes the site extremely versatile for users,” said Sara Hejl, VP of PCC. “We know there’s a market out there for thank you cards that is virtually untouched. TCC comes into that space knowing its customers’ needs and meeting them head-on. Photo or no photo, thank you or happy holidays; we have a card that can meet anyone’s needs.”

As custom with PCC, their business revolves around a commitment to the customer. “The new TCC site demonstrates the commitment to customer service that we’ve had from the beginning,” said Hejl. “TCC only contributes to the already mind-boggling growth of our company. People in the market for photo cards will naturally gravitate to the new site for their thank you notes. We’re excited to hear the reactions from our customers and meet their needs on every level.”

About Photo Card Café
Photo Card Café began its Web presence in June 2006. Sara Watterson, president and CEO, created the business from the ground up. While working in Edmond, Okla. as a Web and print designer for years, and then becoming a stay-at-home mother with her own design firm, PCC thrived and swelled as an online business. With an extremely successful 2006, Watterson decided to bring on longtime friend and college roommate Sara Hejl of Austin, Texas as her VP and CMO in 2007. Hejl spent seven years in advertising and PR, and, becoming weary of the agency race, quit her job in account service to assist Watterson and become a stay-at-home mom herself. Now that the business has expanded considerably, "The Saras" are enjoying a steady growth year over year, and continue to grow on into 2010 in one of the most popular and exciting industries on the Web.
