Yes, white envelopes come with all orders.
How long before I receive my order?
Once you have completed your order (and approved your proof if needed) you should receive
your cards in the time frames listed below:
4x6 inches, 5x7 inches, and 4x6 magnets : 4-7 days
4x8 Glossy Card Stock : 2-3 weeks
Do magnetic cards take longer?
No! They can be expected in 4-7 days.
What postal service will deliver my order?
We deliver our packages via USPS Priority Mail.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards as well as payments from your Paypal account.

Can I get a proof of my order?
Our card designs have an instant preview feature. You will see a preview of your card immediately after you enter all of your text and photo customizations.
What if my photos weren't cropped in a way that I liked on my instant preview?

Can I reorder if I run out of my cards?
Yes, just click the reorder link at the top of the page, and enter your OrderID.
What if I get an error when creating my proof and uploading my photos?
If you get an error, your page times out, or your browser says "Page Cannot be Displayed" when you are trying to upload your photos and create your proof, this probably means that your photos are too large for our system. You can easily resize your photos using our image resizing tool. Please read and follow directions carefully and then try your order again using the resized photos.

How will Photo Card Cafe' get my photos?
When you place your order you will be able to upload your photo immediately. Just select the "Browse" button and select the photo from your computer. You will then see your instant proof.
Can I use more than one photo?
Yes, many of our designs allow more that one photo.
What size do my photos need to be?
For good results your photo needs to be at least 400K, although a bigger size will produce an even better image.
For cards that are 4x6 inches, 5x7 inches, & 5x5 inches a high quality, matte photo paper is used for extra crisp images. 4x8 cards are printed on glossy card stock paper and 4x6 magnetic cards are printed on a thin magnetic paper.
Can I order a traditional card that folds in half?
No. All Photo Card Cafe' cards are single panel printed on one side and do not fold.
