Does Photo Card Cafe' offer Rush shipping?

Yes! For an $18 fee we will rush your order through our printing process. Rush orders can be expected 2-3 days quicker than standard orders. See the shipping page...

Rush delivery is only available for US customers.

Do magnetic cards take longer?

Only a little! They can be expected in 5-10 days with standard shipping.

What postal service will deliver my order?

We deliver most packages via USPS Priority Mail.
Rush delivery orders will be shipped via FedEx.
Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via USPS Air Mail.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards as well as payments from your Paypal account.

Can I pre-order my envelopes?

Can I get a proof of my order?

Our card designs have an instant preview feature. You will see a preview of your card immediately after you enter all of your text and photo customizations.

What if my photos weren't cropped in a way that I liked on my instant preview?

Can I reorder if I run out of my cards?

Yes, just click the reorder link at the top of the page, and enter your OrderID.

What if I get an error when creating my proof and uploading my photos?

If you get an error, your page times out, or your browser says "Page Cannot be Displayed" when you are trying to upload your photos and create your proof, this probably means that your photos are too large for our system. You can easily resize your photos using our image resizing tool. Please read and follow directions carefully and then try your order again using the resized photos.

How will Photo Card Cafe' get my photos?

When you place your order you will be able to upload your photo immediately. Just select the "Browse" button and select the photo from your computer. You will then see your instant proof.

Can I use more than one photo?

Yes, many of our designs allow more that one photo.

What size do my photos need to be?

For good results your photo needs to be at least 400K, although a bigger size will produce an even better image.

What kind of paper is used?

Photo Card Cafe' offers 3 paper types. High quality photo paper, card stock paper and thin magnetic paper. All of our paper choices are of the highest quality, selected to make your card photos and text look their best.

Can I order a traditional card that folds in half?

No. All Photo Card Cafe' cards are single panel printed on one side and do not fold.

What if the cards I received in the mail have a mistake on them?

If your card contains a typo that is the result of incorrect information entered by you, you may contact us and we will correct your typo and reprint your cards at a 20% discount. Example typos include: incorrect date entered, word misspellings, grammar, punctuation, etc. This does not include a change in photo or color issues with the card or photo (see terms of sale). You will submit payment (including shipping charges) for your reprint via a PayPal money request that we will initiate. We do not provide refunds for errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. We do not accept exchanges.

If you believe that a mistake on your cards was made on our end please contact us and we will take a look at the original proof that you created before completing your purchase to see what action needs to be taken.
